Patients should contact their pharmacy with prescription refill requests, instructing their pharmacy to electronically submit refill requests to the Clinic.
Since pharmacies communicate electronically with ordering physicians and patients often have multiple prescriptions written by more than one physician, it is important to contact your pharmacy with all requests related to your requested prescription, especially to confirm the prescribing physician and the exact prescription.
The pharmacy will contact the Clinic on your behalf to obtain authorization from your physician for prescription refills Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If you have a concern regarding your dosage or medication, please contact your physician’s office. If a change is ordered by your physician, your pharmacy will be apprised of the change.
