Signing up for Houston Methodist MyChart is simple. Request an activation code from check in or secretarial staff during your doctor visit or go to the MyChart website and select “Sign Up Now.”

Powered by EPIC, hosted by Houston Methodist's Community Connect program.

MCH is an independent group of physicians having privileges at Houston Methodist Hospital. 

By being credentialed at Houston Methodist hospital, MCH is eligible to participate in EPIC’s Electronic Medical Records system, inclusive of “MyChart,” licensed through Houston Methodist’s Community Connect program.

As a MCH patient, visits which take place on or after May 8, 2023, will be visible in MyChart.  After your first visit post-May 7, 2023, you will also be able to message your MCH physician team via MyChart.

SHARE YOUR COVID-19 VACCINE CREDENTIALS & COVID-19 TEST RESULTS

From MyChart, you can generate barcodes (QR codes) to scan from your mobile device, download a PDF with your vaccination barcode and export your information to another application.
