When seeing patients Dr. Richard is interested in getting to know the whole person and wants his patients to always feel heard. Dr. Richard enjoys building lifelong relationships with patients and their families in his practice and believes doctors can play a vital role in promoting community health. He knows each patient is unique and deserves individualized care, so he ensures each of his patients receives the one-on-one attention they deserve.

Chadwick Richard, MD, has had a lifelong commitment to medicine. Since childhood, Dr. Richard dreamed of becoming a doctor and fighting disease. Today, he is proud to fulfill that dream by assisting patients and families in Texas, and as of December 2024, seeing patients only at Medical Clinic of Houston LLP, where all patients have same day access to onsite clinical services which may be recommended.

Dr. Richard graduated from Baylor College of Medicine and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He specializes in managing chronic conditions, mental health and overall wellness. Dr. Richard’s specific clinical interests include cardiovascular prevention, diabetes management, obesity medicine, and mental health promotion. He helps his patients with everything from preventive to palliative care.

When he isn’t assisting patients, Dr. Richard spends time relaxing with his family and enjoys cycling and playing the drums.
